Made to Order

All xsomeone products are made to order. That means your item is created especially for you once your order is placed - not pulled from pre-made stock. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, and keeps things intentional.

Because of this, orders first go into production before they ship.

Production Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Production times may vary slightly depending on the product, order volume, or seasonal demand.

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to a shipping carrier for delivery.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and begin after production is complete.

Typical delivery timeframes are:

• 5 – 21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and local conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
